If you've previously had a Clarity HMIS Account and your account is currently inactive, please review the following steps:
The HMIS system policy makes your account inactive if unused for 30 days.
If your account has been unused for 30 days or more and needs to be reinstated, please have your Agency Liaison email alameda@bitfocus.com.
You must retake the required training if your account has been unused for six months since your last login.
For users who have previously had a Clarity HMIS Account and are switching to a new agency, please review the following steps:
For Existing Alameda County HMIS Users: If you require additional agency access, the request should come from the Agency Liasion of the Agency you are adding. The request should also include the Agency Liaison from your home agency.
For any requests that do not pertain to existing user account access, passwords, or logging in, please email the Alameda County Help Desk at hmissupport@achmis.org.
