What is Coordinated Entry?

The Coordinated Entry process is an approach to coordination and management of the crisis response system’s resources that allows users to make equity-consistent decisions from available information to connect people efficiently and effectively to interventions that will ultimately end their homelessness.

How can you get help?

  • If you are in immediate danger call 911
  • Call 2-1-1 or 1-800-799-7233 or 1-800-787-3224(TTY) for services, shelter, and housing information. 
  • Operators have all the updates and send callers to the appropriate numbers below.

 

Unsheltered Adults
  • Downtown Oakland: call BACS Coordinated Entry line at 510-658-9480, or walk in at 629 Oakland Ave, 12 pm-3 pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri
  • West Oakland: call BOSS Coordinated Entry line at 510-844-8580, or walk in at 2811 Adeline St.   10 am-2 pm Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri
  • East Oakland: call EOCP Coordinated Entry line at 510-463-4601, or walk in at 7515 International Blvd. 10 am-3 pm Thur, Fri

Unsheltered families (with a child under 18)

  • Call the Family Front Door at 510-808-7410 ext. 282
  • If you are already receiving services and need to update your information, text your full name and your updated/new information to Family Front Door at 510-435-2772
